Quiet communities
Residence is a vibrant and social environment, but we know that some students prefer a quieter place to live, study, and recharge.
Quiet Communities provide students with the opportunity to live in an environment where maintaining a higher level of quiet is a shared community expectation.
Students living in these communities are responsible for maintaining a 24-hour quiet environment, with any additional quiet hours or expectations reflected in the community charter students living in this community create together.
All residence communities have expectations around reasonable noise levels so that students can sleep, study, and enjoy their home. Extreme or disruptive noise is never permitted in residence.
