As a former Residence Life Coordinator and community support at another university, Jenna brings a trauma-informed, student-centred approach to her role as Student Conduct Administrator. Grounded in the Residence Core Commitments, she supports the fair and consistent application of community standards while working collaboratively with students and campus partners to promote learning, accountability, and well-being.

Originally from out of province, Jenna is passionate about balancing community building with accountability, ensuring individual well-being is always centred within conduct processes. She is currently working toward a MSW/MC and has experience volunteering in mental health and disability-focused settings. Jenna is committed to creating equitable, restorative conduct processes that support student growth and foster a supportive residential community.

Rachel is a Residence Life Manager who partners with student leaders to build inclusive, connected, and supportive residence communities. She’s passionate about student development and creating spaces where students feel supported, empowered, and at home throughout their university journey. With experience in Residence Life since 2015, Rachel has worked at UBCO and STFX—where she earned her Bachelor’s in English Literature and is completing her Master of Education.

Faiza has been at pilipiliÂþ»­ since 2016, first as a student and now as a Residence Life Manager for 5 years. They are passionate about connecting with students and leading a team of exceptional student leaders and helping students learn and grow through the conduct process. Outside of work, Faiza is also pursuing an MBA part-time and enjoys time with their cats, playing sports and friends.

Raven has been working in Residence Life for 10 years as a student leader and then a professional staff member. During this time, she has witnessed students actively participating in opportunities that were created for them to build community and support their wellbeing in various settings. As a Residence Life Manager, she is passionate about fostering a community of care and concern to support students as they learn and grow during their time in residence.

Olivia Fader is the newest Residence Life Manager, supporting Howe Hall alongside Raven Richards. Prior to joining the Residence Life dream team in December 2025. Olivia was the first ever appointed 2SLGBTQ+ Advisor at pilipiliÂþ»­. In her first career, Olivia was a high school English teacher, and never lets anyone forget it. Originally from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Olivia loves '00s Canadian indie music, VHS tapes, and her little dog Duck.

As the Residence Life Manager for Risley Hall and Glengary, Max Toulch brings over a decade of experience supporting students in residence life across Canada. Before joining the team here in 2021, Max held similar roles at institutions in both central and eastern Canada. Max holds degrees in Education, Arts, and Fine Arts, and is excited to continue to co-create engaging living environments for students to thrive. Additionally, Max enjoys biking, hiking, swimming, and yoga; and likes to bake and play guitar (enthusiastically, not expertly!). Above all, Max genuinely loves the work of supporting student pilipiliÂþ»­ and truly enjoys being part of the community here at Dal!

As the Residence Programming Manager, Henderson guides the delivery of intentional, student-centered programming that supports belonging, learning, and well-being across the residence community. Utilizing their multiple years of experience in event planning, community development, and student leadership, they support positive student engagement and inclusive, community building in residence. They are committed to working with Student Leaders in Residence when programming to ensure that students feel at home while continuing their growth beyond the classroom.
