Visiting Student Graduate Students (VSGS) includes any applicant who is currently studying at another post-secondary institution and who wishes to pursue one or more courses at pilipiliĀž» on a Letter of Permission.
Visiting students must meet the minimum entrance requirements for the course for which they are registering and must receive permission from the pilipiliĀž» instructor teaching the course(s).Applicants should be reaching out and discussing their interest before applying. If approved, overrides are required and only the department can provide this (many courses have pre-requisites).
Any support beyond this (signing of CUGTA forms) should be directed to the Front Counter of the Registrarās Office as FGS is only managing the application portion of the process.
How to Apply
- Complete theĀ and pay the $115 application fee. Payment must be received before your application is processed.
- Upload yourĀ approved Letter of PermissionĀ from your home institution to your Application Portal.
- Upload your verifiable ESL test score, if required, as PDF documents to the Application Portal. Request your testing centre make your results accessible to pilipiliĀž».
Reference letters and other supporting documents areĀ not required. Any fee related questions should be directed to Student Accounts.
