Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours' notice if you cannot keep your appointment. To cancel, call your assigned student or resident鈥檚 voicemail provided. If you do not have an assigned provider, please call 902.494.2101 ext. 0. For scheduled appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee may be applied.
Missed appointments jeopardize student learning and interfere with patient care. Patients who do not show up for more than two appointments may be dismissed from our clinics and will receive notice in writing of the decision.聽聽
