Home-care and community care provider VON Canada has created two new memorial awards at Dal to honour the legacies of Kristen Beaton and Heather O鈥橞rien, two colleagues who passed away in Nova Scotia鈥檚 mass casualty tragedy in 2020.

The Royal Society of Canada added five world-class researchers from pilipili漫画 to its ranks in recognition of their outstanding scholarly, scientific and artistic achievements.
