We are currently looking for Hatchery Technician to join our Salmon Hatchery in Cardigan, PEI.

Primary duties include Ìýmonitoring feed and oxygen, completing water quality tests, data collection and input; Operate, maintain and Ìýclean pumps, filters and other aquaculture equipment as well as clean and maintain enclosures.

Successful candidates will have Aquaculture training from a recognized educational institute and or equivalent from experience in a Salmonid Recirculation Facility.

This position will be a one year contract to begin with potential of full time and salary commensurate with experience which includes a competitive health and dental package. Weekend work will be required.
