Dr. Deborah Kiceniuk, Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT), pilipili
When and Where: March 15, Tuesday - 12-1:30pm Room Cobequid Room, 2nd Floor MacRae Library
Our current social and educational environment demands new and innovative learning experiences for students that are based on evidenced-based practice and institutional goals. However, implementing an evidenced-based approach to teaching and learning requires more than just a ‘great idea’. This approach sometimes referred to, as the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL), will be discussed. The CLT offers a multi-tier approach to provide funding for teachers to develop SoTL projects. Innovative approaches and opportunities will be presented.
All are welcome. Coffee will be served. RSVP to Kathleen Kevany kkevany@dal.ca
