During the Fall term, Student Services staff committed to walking across Canada through their “Walk The Talk” challenge.
The initiative aimed to have staff practice what they preach to students, by increasing their level of physical activity to promote well-being. Staff members wore Fitbits to track their steps and this week accomplished their team goal, having collectively walked 5,526,697 steps!
A new challenge will soon be underway and Student Services staff will be extending an invitation to challenge other departments on the AC! More information to come.
